What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard items in their original, undamaged condition. Please note that custom made-to-order projects and individually personalized figures cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the parts at no extra cost.
Do the figures come fully assembled?
To ensure 100% safe worldwide transit, our figures are shipped in smart, pre-assembled blocks. We build them with strong, high-quality magnetic joints, making the final assembly incredibly easy, satisfying, and completely seamless for you.
How long does it take to create my order?
Since every project is handcrafted and hand-painted to order, the processing time depends heavily on our current studio queue. Usually, production takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks. We highly recommend contacting us directly before placing an order to get an accurate, up-to-date time estimate for your specific figure.
What materials and quality can I expect?
We use premium, high-resolution 14k textured resin to capture the finest details and realistic skin pores. After printing, every piece undergoes a rigorous process of meticulous hand-cleaning, careful manual sanding, and precise installation of strong magnetic joints to ensure a flawless fit. Only after this perfect preparation is each figure detailed and hand-painted by our studio's professional artists using top-tier acrylics and sealed with a durable protective coating.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is completely free for most international orders over $199. However, for specific high-cost destinations with complex logistics (such as Brazil, UAE, etc.), a fixed flat rate applies and will be calculated automatically during checkout.
What if my figure arrives damaged?
We ship our art in heavy-duty custom studio boxes (and solid wooden crates for massive projects) to withstand international transit. However, if any part arrives damaged, do not worry — every single shipment is 100% insured for its full value. Just take a clear photo of the damaged part and contact us immediately; we will replace the part or resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
How do I care for my custom figure?
To keep the colors vivid and the premium resin intact for decades, follow these simple steps: keep the figure away from prolonged direct sunlight (UV rays) and high humidity. To clean off dust, simply use a soft, dry makeup brush or a compressed air can. Never use water, alcohol, or harsh chemical cleaners.
