We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard items in their original, undamaged condition. Please note that custom made-to-order projects and individually personalized figures cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the parts at no extra cost.

Since every project is handcrafted and hand-painted to order, the processing time depends heavily on our current studio queue. Usually, production takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks. However, if any part arrives damaged, do not worry — every single shipment is 100% insured for its full value.
