I ordered Esquie for my partner who absolutely loved it. We were stunned at how beautiful it was, all the little details in his clothing were perfect, especially the signature 33 bandana across his head!

I belive I got the second size up and it was huuuuge, perfect for its own space in the cabinet at home!

The only downside is that I dont have enough money to buy more, (already saving for Monocco and Issac Clarke haha)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard items in their original, undamaged condition. Please note that custom made-to-order projects and individually personalized figures cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the parts at no extra cost.

To ensure 100% safe worldwide transit, our figures are shipped in smart, pre-assembled blocks. We build them with strong, high-quality magnetic joints, making the final assembly incredibly easy, satisfying, and completely seamless for you.

Since every project is handcrafted and hand-painted to order, the processing time depends heavily on our current studio queue. Usually, production takes a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks. We highly recommend contacting us directly before placing an order to get an accurate, up-to-date time estimate for your specific figure.

International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and order details.

We recently adjusted our pricing so that figurine prices are the same for all customers worldwide, while shipping is charged separately depending on the destination.

We ship our art in heavy-duty custom studio boxes (and solid wooden crates for massive projects) to withstand international transit. However, if any part arrives damaged, do not worry — every single shipment is 100% insured for its full value. Just take a clear photo of the damaged part and contact us immediately; we will replace the part or resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
